Can you archive evernote notebooks

I created a stack called "Old" and added notebooks that are no longer active. Like you, I would prefer to place them in an archive that is out of sight. The real problem is that the list of stacks and notebooks can become cluttered with items that are not used frequently. Most of us would just like to reduce the size of the list without changing any tags or structures.

Considerations You should export your notes using the ENEX Evernote's Note Export format file because it can be imported back into Evernote in the event that you want to restore.

However, if you want to back up notebooks in a format that can be used outside of Evernote , you can choose the HTML format. If you export multiple notebooks to a single ENEX file, when you import the file to Evernote for the purpose of restoring, all of the notes are imported to a single local, non-synced, folder.

Your notebook structure is not preserved. If you want to preserve your notebook structure, you can export notebooks separately. Before you begin To back up Evernote files, you must have Evernote installed on a desktop or laptop computer not just a mobile device. Steps You can use Evernote's export command to save your files to a location that the Code42 app backs up.

Open Evernote on your desktop or laptop computer. Select the notebooks that you want backed up. Windows Mac Choose a folder location and export the files.

This distinguishes Livescribe dot paper products you are currently using from those you have archived. Your notes and audio remain interactive, just like non-archived Livescribe dot paper products.

Delete your notes ink data and audio from your smartpen. Because of this, your smartpen will no longer interact with the physical Livescribe dot paper product that you archived.

That is, when you tap the notes in your archived physical notebook, they will not play back any audio. Move your notes and audio for a Livescribe dot paper product into an Archived notebooks section in the left side of Echo or Livescribe Desktop.
